Tour departs at 9am from our home based business in Stratford. The package includes a scenic 2.5 hour walk and passes through the renowned Goblin Forest, mountain streams that cascade through the landscape and onto an up-close encounter with a stunning 35m waterfall and/or marvel at it from a viewing platform. There is also a one hour walk option from Stratford Plateau to Dawson Falls - you will still experience the Goblin Forest, views and waterfall. Your choice that can be decided on the day.  After a picnic lunch, experience an exhilarating downhill road bike (not E-Bikes) ride through the forest and visit the Regionally Significant Hollard Gardens with their constantly changing features and short walk opportunity. Then back on the bikes, on your way to Stratford, stop by the Possum Factory and touch the soft, warm fur. The owners welcome this hands-on experience and the retail shop offers some great products.  The ride is 28kms long and mostly downhill and easy grade - there are a few undulations as you near Stratford.  Allow the entire day for this experience - finishing time depends on how long you spend at the Waterfall, Hollard Gardens and the Possum Factory.
